Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
Scope notice. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site identified above. Our separate online portal, hosted on a subdomain, has its own privacy notice and consent flow that governs any data you submit there. When you are redirected to that subdomain, the terms and privacy practices of that portal apply to your activities on it.
1. Information We Collect

When you submit our intake form on the Site, we collect the following personal information:

Submission of the intake form is voluntary. If you choose not to provide this information, we will be unable to contact you in response to your inquiry or direct you through our sales process.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. Our product subdomain maintains its own privacy notice and consent flow that governs your use of that subdomain. 10. Nevada Residents
Under Nevada law (NRS 603A.340), Nevada residents have the right to submit a verified request directing us not to sell certain personal information we have collected or will collect about them. We do not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada law. If you are a Nevada resident and would like to submit a request, please contact us at the address in Section 12.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will take effect no sooner than the date the revised policy is posted. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
